2.open http://get.nibuzz.com
download nimbuzz
3.open nimbuzz and register if not regitered then change 'SIP' setting
4.enter on sip setting
sip.pennytel.com
enter username and password
5.after that enter the distination number e.g +11234567{only usa} and press call
